Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), Pixel flipping and Least Significant Bit (LSB) substitution mechanisms are applied to form the stego-image followed by image encryption that increases robustness and hiding technique. Abstract

Digital representation of biomedical images and videos has grown enormously in scope and gained importance in recent years. Preserving security and integrity in wireless transmission of biomedical images and videos is an utmost challenge.
