Stratified sampling method was used to collect data and the data obtained were analyzed using SmartPls 3.7.8. The results of the study found that there is a significant relationship between participation in determining rewards, participation in communication session and participation in pass the opinions related bonus on executives’ performance in manufacturing industries. While participation in decision making and participation in training has not-significant. It is proved from SmartPls analysis shown that three independent variables have a significant impact on executives’ performance in manufacturing industries with two not-significant. The limitation of the research only covers the manufacturing industries. Another limitation is the respondents only included executives. Abstract

马来西亚吉打州居林高科技园区制造业高管敬业度对高管绩效的中介效应
高管的敬业度在解决与工作绩效相关的问题中起着重要作用。因此,本研究的目的是评估制造业高管敬业度的中介效应程度及其对高管绩效的贡献。设计问卷进行数据收集,衡量高管参与决策、参与培训、参与决定奖励、参与沟通、参与通过意见奖金对高管绩效的影响。数据是在马来西亚吉打州居林的居林高科技园区的制造业高管中收集的。采用分层抽样方法收集资料,使用SmartPls 3.7.8软件对所得资料进行分析。研究结果发现,参与薪酬决定、参与沟通、参与意见传递对制造业高管绩效有显著的影响。而参与决策和参与培训则不显著。从SmartPls分析中可以看出,三个自变量对制造业高管绩效有显著影响,两个不显著。研究的局限性仅局限于制造业。另一个限制是受访者只包括高管。除了这些局限性之外,本研究可以对制造业高层管理人员设计高管敬业度策略,从而更有效地提高高管的工作绩效产生强烈的影响。
