印度尼西亚中爪哇库德斯儿童的饮食习惯
印尼97.7%的儿童明显少吃蔬菜和水果,多吃零食和速溶饮料。其中一些零食有时含有微生物、添加剂和有害物质,如福尔马林、硼砂、人工色素、增味剂、人工甜味剂等,可导致伤寒(2.7%)、腹泻(4.9%)、肝炎(1.9%)等疾病。本研究旨在描述库德斯儿童的饮食习惯。本研究采用现象学方法进行定性研究。这项研究于2018年7月至9月在库德斯进行,共有12名参与者。使用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样。通过深度访谈和三角测量来收集数据。这项研究的结果表明,并不是所有的孩子都习惯吃早餐,他们也没有从家里带午饭。此外,学校没有健康的食堂,学生不习惯正确洗手。事实上,孩子们不习惯每天吃蔬菜和水果,在学校他们带零花钱去买含有大量甜味剂、人工色素、防腐剂、硼砂和增味剂的零食和饮料,其中一些零食使用了不健康的酱汁和香料。老师告诉学生们不要买不健康的零食和饮料,但他们一直在偷偷地这样做。结论:儿童食用不健康零食和饮料的习惯有可能导致营养失调和健康问题,如营养不良、肥胖和伤寒、喉咙痛、腹泻等,必须立即根除。关键词:儿童习惯;消费;零食;
