Then we proposed the Heilongjiang Province-territory logistics development can be divided into Ha-Da-Qi, Ha-Mu-Sui and Jiamusi urban cluster as the three main logistics regions. Abstract
Using the established evaluation indicator system of province-territory logistics development, we adopted the non-linear principal component analysis method to carry on the appraisal of the present situation of logistics service system in Heilongjiang Province, analyzed the level of logistics service system in different areas quantitatively.
