Mathematical analysis method is utilized to design incentive mechanism for managers under the asymmetric information as well as monitoring system analysis method, as a result of expanding the framework of incentive mechanism. The result shows that, there is a relationship between monitoring mechanism and incentive mechanism. They can motivate or direct managers to work hard and interchangeable by the other one. As a result, it is necessary to consider both monitoring mechanism and incentive mechanism when organization makes the reward system. With the development of monitoring mechanism, it not only has an innovative theory, but also has a great worth in practice.

When large scale emergency incident happens, the multi-category emergency goods distribution is a complex problem. To improve structure and efficiency of emergency goods distribution, a multi-objective non-linear optimization programming model for emergency goods distribution is established. Modeling precondition is analyzed in detail, some objectives such as minimizing the waiting time, the transportation cost, the preference of selecting emergency commodity distribution center (ECDC) and so on are taken into account. The constraints of the model including total demand quantity and structure of disaster area, the transportation quantity and time from each ECDC are considered. The penalty factor method is employed to transform above model into an easy one, then GA is employed. The encoding system for multi-category emergency goods distribution is introduced, and the basic implement steps of GA are given in detail. The typical instance abstracted from practice is adopted to validate the validity of above model and algorithm, the experiment result shows that above model can describe the practical demand of multi-category emergency goods distribution, and GA is suitable for solving some complex non-linear programming problems such as multi-category emergency goods distribution. Above model and algorithm will benefit for the emergency goods distribution practice.

The phenomena of exceeding budgetary estimate often occur during the process of railway construction, which requires cost control strengthened. The purpose of this paper is to explore the way of cost control systematically. A model of cost control based on Hall Three-Dimensional Structure is proposed, which include stage divided, the problems and solutions of cost control at every stage, the knowledge required from the viewpoint of system.

The logistics management of hospital materials is very important to ensure the normal operation and reduce operating costs. After analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional management mode of hospital materials, which is based on inventory-driven, a systematic and integrated logistics management mode of hospital materials based on the theory of JIT and SCM is established to reduce the total cost of materials management and improve work efficiency. The steps and success factors of logistics mode reengineering are discussed in detail. At last, a real implemented case is provided to validate the effect of the mode.

The coordination problem of a supply chain with one supplier and one retailer is analyzed under the condition that the cost information of the retailer is asymmetric. A revenue-sharing contract model is established, in the model, the supplier have the decision-making power of wholesale price and revenue sharing ratio, and the retailer have the decision-making power of hiding the information of marginal cost and confirming order quantity and retail price. The coordination mechanism issue of both the centralized supply chain and the decentralized supply chain under symmetric information is analyzed respectively. Meanwhile, based on that the cost information of the retailer is asymmetric, an incentive mechanism is established in order to prevent the retailer from providing false cost information and increase their profit under optimizing the profit of the supply chain.

We use high-frequency data-based jump detection procedure based on realized volatility measure theory to investigate the price jumps in Shanghai stock market. Using BN-S approach, we find that the price jumps are universal not only in stock index but also in individual stocks. However, the co-jumps detected in stock index are not significant in most of single component stocks. This shows that the jumps in individual stocks can be more generated by stock-specific news while the co-jumps in a well-diversified index should only be generated by market-level news which induces the co-jumps in many stocks. We find that the co-jumps can only be seen in individual stocks when eliminated the idiosyncratic jumps in them.

We proposed a new scheme, aiming to meet the needs of the real-time traffic, which needs higher bandwidth and bounded end-to-end delay. Because routing protocol plays an important role in the supports of QoS in the SWAN model for Ad-hoc networks, we assumed that the multi-path routing QoS-MSR introduced to the SWAN model. The advantage is that it can not only attach the information of QoS by using muti-path tables in the routing search process, but also adopt the algorithm of MBSR(Multiple Bandwidth Splitting Reservation). Simulation results indicate that the performance parameters of the network(end-to-end delay, throughput and so on) were remarkably improved in the proposed scheme.

The study of traveling behavior of local residents concentrates on illustrating travelling regularities and traffic mode choice, which is significantly important for traffic planning and management policies. Based on travelling chain, this paper systematically combines four parameters, including time dimension, space dimension, and mode dimension and activity types of traffic system together, thus making traffic system into an organism. Compared with traditional research methods, travelling chain method maintains system and wholeness successfully, which catches the attention both domestically and abroad.

The present paper is concerned with stability of two-dimensional (2-D) discrete systems with stochastic parameters. First, 2-D discrete system model with stochastic parameters is established by extending system matrices of the well-known Fornasini-Marchesini's second model into stochastic matrices. The elements of these stochastic matrices are second-order, weakly stationary white noise sequences. Second, mean-square asymptotic stability is derived using linear matrix inequality theory. Our results can be seen as extensions of the 2-D linear deterministic case. Finally, an illustrative example is provided.

To make a summary of methods to establish diagnostic models of the syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by studying the results of data mining of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)in a stable state. First, we carried out data management. In accordance with the selection criteria, we collected more than one thousand copies of clinical data from the patients with COPD in a stable state by way of clinical epidemiology. Secondly, we worked out the plan for modeling: building up fuzzy neural net models on the basis of dynamic Kohonen network and testing their reliability with the Fisher-iris data. Finally, with the help of the models, we studied the clinical data and obtained the diagnostic criteria for common syndromes of COPD in a stable state according to TCM basic theories. The model can be applied to the studies of diagnostic criteria for syndromes of COPD in a stable state by data check-up.
