Abstract

High student interest in entrepreneurship is not accompanied by a decision or behavior for entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education, and subjective norms on the entrepreneurial behavior of FKIP Jambi University students. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 296 FKIP Jambi University students who were selected based on probability sampling technique. 自我效能感、创业教育和主观规范对大学生创业行为的影响[j]
学生对创业的高度兴趣并不伴随着创业的决定或行为。本研究的目的是测试和分析自我效能感、创业教育和主观规范对占壁大学FKIP学生创业行为的影响。本研究采用的方法是定量方法。本研究的样本为296名FKIP占壁大学学生,采用概率抽样方法。使用路径分析分析和处理数据。根据变量的数据分析,1)自我效能感对主观规范有0.368的直接影响;2)创业教育对主观规范的直接影响为0.585;3)自我效能感对创业行为有直接影响(0.419);4)创业教育对创业行为的直接影响为0.190;5)主观规范对创业行为的直接影响为0.306;6)总自我效能感通过主观规范干预变量0.532对创业行为的影响;7)创业教育通过主观规范干预变量对创业行为变量的总影响值为0.369。
