The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of market orientation, technological orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation on the success of coffee shop enterprises. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a sample size of 135 coffee shop owners in Tangerang. The sample approach employed was purposive sampling. Analysed data was processed with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The findings of the hypothesis testing demonstrate that market orientation has a significant impact on business performance. Market orientation promotes a shift in entrepreneurs' mindset, encouraging them to adopt the consumer's point of view. This enables entrepreneurs to gain insights into consumer demands by studying information gathered from consumers and the market on products that are favored by consumers. This notion will enhance the reception of items among consumers, leading to beneficial outcomes for the corporation in terms of improved business performance. Entrepreneurial orientation is another factor that has a major impact on business performance, and it can potentially account for similar findings. Entrepreneurial orientation fosters a mindset among business individuals that promotes the implementation of daring and aggressive business tactics, as well as innovation. This mindset enhances the business owner's confidence in achieving their goals and ultimately leads to improved business performance. Business professionals can implement market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation, both of which have demonstrated their effectiveness. Enhance operational efficiency and optimize business outcomes. Entrepreneurs participate in specialized training programs to enhance the sophistication and competitive edge of their coffee shop business units. Further investigation might be carried out in alternative industries outside from the coffee shop industry to obtain a wider range of outcomes.

The Community Service Activity (PKM) held at the Algaf Building, Politeknik Piksi Input Serang, was an initiative designed to motivate and enlighten high school graduates from SMA/SMK/MA/equivalent about the importance of higher education, especially in vocational fields. Attended by 225 participants, including students and teachers from various regions of Serang, as well as lecturers and educational staff from Politeknik Piksi Input Serang, the event offered a series of presentations, lectures, group discussions, and in-depth Q&A sessions. The goal was to broaden participants' perspectives on the opportunities and career prospects achievable through vocational education. Additionally, a campus tour provided a tangible overview of the learning environment and available facilities, stimulating participants' interest in pursuing further education. While the event was successful in delivering information and motivation, it fell short in allocating sufficient time for direct interaction, necessitating future adjustments. Suggestions for improvement include extending the time for discussion sessions and utilizing information technology to maximize participant engagement and satisfaction.

Plastic waste is a difficult material to recycle, thus posing a threat to the environment. TotenewBag (TnB) aims to create a clean environment free from rampant plastic waste, particularly evident in plastic bags that are highly resistant to decomposition. TnB also has a mission to generate new employment opportunities, foster the creativity of today's youth, and instill pride in their creative endeavors. With this innovation, it is hoped that the use of tote bags will become a positive step for both women and men. Considering the versatile functionality of tote bags, they can serve as eco-friendly shopping bags, replacing the need for plastic bags during shopping. Through this innovation, TnB aspires to reduce the prevalence of plastic bag usage in Indonesia.

The city of Blitar is one of the cities in the province of East Java with quite high cattle cultivation, but there are still many breeders who have not paid attention to the growth and development of their livestock because the cages are not suitable, so the meat produced is still far from the maximum word, cow kennels A good one greatly affects the growth and development of cattle, the meat produced will be more, and besides that the building life will be much longer compared to a cowshed with poor planning. From this review it becomes a parameter for researchers to plan farms with the Eco Farming concept. Farming is a concept that applies an agricultural/livestock system to re-process waste generated from these livestock activities, so as to maximize the agricultural/animal husbandry activities. than usual cows and also the planning of this farm can be an example for other cattle breeders in Blitar City. In this study, researchers used the LRFD method as a calculation of livestock steel, the final result was obtained dimensions of steel as a material for the construction of the cattle shed, namely C 125x50x20x3.2 , planning Beams with WF profile dimensions 250 X 175 X 7 X 11, Column planning with IWF profile dimensions 350 x 175 x 7 x 11.

This research aims to map the advantages of Santa Maria Monica Junior High School, East Bekasi, in order to promote the school using SWOT analysis. Mapping of advantages is used as a tool to promote schools in an era of increasingly fierce competition. Each educational institution must be able to offer something unique, which other educational institutions do not have. Santa Maria Monica Junior High School experienced something similar. The decline in the number of students registering is starting to be felt. This research tries to see what problems are causing the decline, even though this educational institution has many things that can be maximized to attract the interest of parents and students in choosing Santa Maria Monica Junior High School as the right place to study. By using a qualitative SWOT analysis method which focuses on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges to be faced, this research found that there are many things that Santa Maria Monica Junior High School can maximize to exist amidst the existing competition. It's just that promotion that is not optimal means that the public does not know what internal qualities the institution has so that parents' decisions to send their children to this education can be justified. Based on the strengths found and opportunities that can be exploited, this research also recommends several types of promotions that Santa Maria Monica Middle School can carry out to face existing competition, including: easily accessible location, comfortable school environment, adequate educational facilities, affordable education costs, qualifications of educational staff that meet standards, and recognition of excellence from the government. Existing internal advantages need to be promoted massively. This research recommends forms of promotion, apart from those currently carried out such as word of mouth (WOM) and relying on the school's status as a Catholic school, it is time to promote through social media (Facebook and Instagram) and hold educational exhibition events in surrounding elementary schools.

This research discusses the potential for expansion of the "Salsabila" as an UMKM actor into a modern cafe during the post-pandemic era. This research uses quantitative and qualitative data collection methods and quantitative descriptive analysis data processing which will be formulated into numbers. The research results show that the expansion shows positive potential based on financial and market aspects. The decline in F&B growth rate after the pandemic is considered not to affect the potential of the F&B industry. This is indicated by the annual increase in the real income of the creative industry in 2017-2021. Apart from that, the payback period, IRR and NPV of this expansion show a positive value or can be said to be feasible in terms of investment value analysis.

Indonesia's large population is one of the marketing attractions of the financial market including Islamic finance. According to the 2022 National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion (SNLIK), survey data indicates a noticeable rise in sharia financial literacy between 2019 and 2022. Nevertheless, more enhancements can be achieved by implementing outreach programs, counseling services, or training initiatives for the community, including business stakeholders. Consequently, the implementation team commenced sharing operations with the community by conducting outreach programs to disseminate information and understanding about sharia financial literacy to business actors that are members of the Rufata MSMEs in Jakarta. The outreach method was employed to conduct this action on December 9, 2023. The session proceeded successfully and seamlessly, with the participants displaying enthusiasm and active engagement in the conversation. Specifically, the findings of this study demonstrate that the participants, acting as business entities, have incorporated sharia finance into their financial practices by allocating a portion of their earnings towards zakat, infaq, and alms. In addition, the members have also established the segregation of corporate finances from household finances. The participants have moreover formulated uncomplicated financial strategies and allocated business revenue for future investments. Furthermore, the participants have expressed that they have acquired business funding sources without engaging in usury, and have diligently maintained records of their business financial reports. This exercise aims to enhance participants' proficiency in implementing sharia finance in business, hence strengthening these features.

Until today, the Indonesian people have had little involvement in the stock market. The main source of the problem is a lack of capital market literacy, which must be addressed by the Indonesia Stock Exchange as a regulator as well as other parties such as academia. Investments in capital market instruments can undoubtedly benefit the community, especially MSMEs players who can distribute some of the revenue generated by the firms they run and then use the returns on these investments for business expansion. Based on these conditions, our service program seeks to improve MSMEs' performance through Sharia-compliant stock investment instruction and mentorship programs. The Community Service Method (PKM) incorporates the Deming Cycle concept, namely plan; do; check; and act, as well as the capital market education model developed by the PKM team.
