Abstract

The paper presents mathematical analysis and MATLAB simulation model of unmanned aerial vehicles with rotary parts for micro-Doppler signatures. Mathematical model is based on radar transmission principles valid in real physical environment. The aim of the article is to show effective simulation model for the micro-Doppler signatures verification and in addition to show some more details of micro-Doppler signatures, which are too complex for theoretical analysis. The MATLAB simulation model enables us to define all expected parameters of the radar signal and moving unmanned aerial vehicle. The paper presents three reasonable selected experimental cases.
