The first stage optimally determines the IMG scheduling plan and the EPS cluster scheduling plan, and the second stage makes decisions on individual EPS scheduling plans. Abstract

Island microgrids (IMGs) are usually interconnected with the mainland grid by submarine cables. However, once the submarine cable suffers damage, the IMGs will rely on standby diesel units to operate independently with the poor economy and severe pollution. This paper proposes a post-disaster collaborative scheduling strategy for IMG and electric passenger ships (EPS) to address this problem.
