A designed pre-posttest was done by the researcher and oral performance skills list. A training proposed program based on Project Based Learning approach was designed by the researcher. The researcher also designed a satisfaction questionnaire and an oral scoring rubric. The participants were submitted to an oral pre and posttest. The results were analyzed quantitatively by using Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks Test and qualitatively. The results revealed that Project Based Learning approach was highly effective in enhancing prospective tour guides’ oral performance skills. Abstract
