The Comprehensive Community Educational Project (PEIC, by its acronym in Spanish) in the Venezuelan educational sector defines the strategies of school management, integrating pedagogical, political, sociocultural and community principles. The central axis of this essay lies in the implementation of elements of the LPS methodology to improve the organization and execution of the PEIC. It is intended to make a critique that allows dissertation on the execution of the PEIC and why they tend to be repeated cyclically in educational establishments without achieving satisfactory results. Abstract
