The results of data analysis were carried out with the help of Smart Pls 4.0. Abstract
This study aims to test and analyse the effect of Work-Life Balance on Job Satisfaction with Work Motivation as mediation for lecturers working in Universities in West Kalimantan. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research.
