Low-level website service quality restricts the consumer's willingness to buy, leading to the plight of sailing of fresh agricultural products, "applauded but difficult ". Based on the D & M model and the service quality model, this paper constructs the model of "website service quality, customer perceived value and online purchase intention", and discusses the mechanism of the service quality of fresh shopping website on customer purchase intention. The results show that the system accessiblity of web service quality affects the purchasing intention of online through the perceived utilitarian value, and the information diversity and the of service quickness affect the purchasing intention of online by perceived hedonic value. What’s more, hedonic value has a greater impact on online buying intention than utilitarian value. The conclusion of the study provides an effective way to improve the service quality of the website.

The research aims are to determine the influence of quality of work life on turnover intention, the impact of quality of work life on job satisfaction, the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention, and the indirect effect of quality of work life on turnover intention through job satisfaction among employees. This study is quantitative research with a population size of 107 employees, and the sample was drawn from the entire employee population. The analytical method used is simple linear regression. The research results indicate a negative and significant partial effect of quality of work life on turnover intention. There is also a positive and significant partial effect of quality of work life on job satisfaction. Furthermore, there is a negative and significant partial effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. Lastly, there is an indirect effect of quality of work life on turnover intention through job satisfaction. This means that as the level of quality of work life increases, job satisfaction will improve, and either directly or indirectly, turnover intention will decrease.

This paper investigates the house price dynamics across 30 regions in China and explores whether common factors or regional factors are the main drivers of house market movements from a short- and long-term perspective. From a short-term perspective, we employ a dynamic factor model and reveal the common factors to be the main drivers, especially in high-growth regions. This is consistent with the conclusion of long-run house price convergence test. Our results also underscore the need for targeted monetary policies, particularly in high-growth regions, to maintain the stability of house market in China.

Based on the improved STIRPAT model and the affiliation function assessment method, this paper explores the relationship between population aging degrees and carbon emissions in China, divides the population aging into two groups of tendency aging and complete aging for regression investigation, and further explores the impact at the national and regional levels. The results show that, firstly, at the national level, population aging in China has an inhibitory effect on carbon emissions at the present stage. Secondly, at the degree of aging, the effects are different, among which tendency aging can negatively affect carbon emissions, while complete aging is positively affecting carbon emissions, and in the long term, the relationship shows an inverted "U" shape. Thirdly, at the regional level, there are obvious regional differences in these effects. This study helps the government to improve the relevant coping strategies for an aging society.

Based on a sample of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&As) of Chinese enterprises in different target countries between 2000 and 2021, this paper explores the impact of target corporate social responsibility overinvestment on M&A performance and the moderating effect on the above impact of Chinese government’s two forms of interventions in the process of corporate financing and operating. The results show that target corporate social responsibility overinvestment has a negative effect on M&A performance. Moreover, government interventions in corporates’ financing and operating process negatively moderate the relationship between target corporate social responsibility overinvestment and M&A performance. This research helps the government to take different forms of interventions to motivate enterprises to participate in social responsibility and improve performance.

The functioning of financial markets is impacted by the global cryptocurrency market, which also has significant effects on entire economies. Cryptocurrencies, which are still a relatively new idea and are constantly evolving and changing the financial landscape of the world, have started to take hold in a variety of industries, from financial markets to day-to-day commercial life. A new financial era has allegedly dawned with the advent of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrencies are projected to become more prevalent and a part of daily life in the future as their popularity grows every day. Virtual money and Bitcoin have been discovered to have high levels of transaction volumes in the majority of nations. By looking over the existing literature and previous studies, the study used an exploratory methodology. Many businesses already pay their employees with bitcoins. The purpose of the study is to provide details on virtual currencies, including information about how each cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin, functions and its characteristics, as well as to make assessments regarding the accounting of their business dealings using Bitcoin in accordance with international accounting standards. According to the findings, the held cryptocurrency should be revalued at the end of the term, and any disparities resulting from gains or losses should be taxed. The importance of conducting studies for this is also underlined, as is the control over the cryptocurrency owned by businesses and the transactions done with it. Although the intangible asset accounting method is now thought to be the most appropriate way, future advances will inevitably lead to the creation of a new account class or group for cryptocurrencies.

This study aims to investigate the effect of Islamic work ethics and knowledge sharing behavior to organizational citizenship behavior and its impact on employee performance. The study uses two-stage sampling – purposive sampling and simple random sampling. The data is analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) AMOS 21. The study shows that Islamic work ethics has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; whereas it does not have a significant effect on IMFIs employee performance. Knowledge sharing behavior affects significantly to IMFIs employee performance; however, it does not contribute significant effect on organizational citizen behavior. Organization citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee performance.

The study examines the involvement of women of Item in Bende LGA of Abia State, Nigeria using the ‘isu-aefifia’ technique in conflict resolution. Both primary and secondary data were used. Primary data was from interview while secondary data were collected from textbooks, peer-reviewed journals articles, among others. 30 people were interviewed and data was content analyzed. The study observed that while conflicts are part of human existence, some unscrupulous people who benefit from it, may not want it to end. Most importantly, because of the patriarchal nature of the Nigerian society, women are hardly included in the affairs of the community when it comes to serious matters such as dispute resolution or management because of their perceived feminine nature. However, the ‘isu-aefifia’ approach used by women has become a veritable tool for dispute resolution in Item Bende LGA. It is recommended that other communities explore the method of conflict resolution.

In view of the growing controversy on financing of budget deficits, this study investigates the implications of deficit financing in the Sub-Sahara African countries and how it has impacted on their growth rate. Specifically, it looked at how domestic debt, external debt, external reserves, and budget deficit affects real gross domestic product (RGDP). The study utilized panel data gotten from the statistics databank of the various Central Banks in the Sub-Sahara region and the development indicators of the World Bank for period 1986 - 2021; thus, giving a total observation of 144. The Hausman statistics gave the panel fixed effect regression technique as the most appropriate analytical method, which revealed short run relationship at the 5% significant level. From the result of the study, both external reserves and domestic debt are positive and significant to gross domestic product; external debt is negative and insignificant to gross domestic product; while budget deficit is negative and insignificant to gross domestic product. In conclusion, deficit financing affects the growth rate of most Sub-Sahara African economies. The study recommends among others that both fiscal and monetary agencies of the Sub-Sahara countries should maintain optimum level of domestic debt as it is one of the mechanisms for economic growth. Also, is the enforcement of economic policies to aid increase in external reserves.
