Document management in the era of information technology should utilize technology and be in line with the times. This study aims to find solutions to problems in document management in the company. This research uses a descriptive method with a case study at PT Telin. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and process. Ishikawa's Fishbone Cause and Effect Diagram was used to analyze the cause of the problem. Problem solving solutions are carried out by applying knowledge in archive management and computer operation. The stages in problem solving are carried out in accordance with the management function (plan, do, check, action). The result of this research is the use of Microsoft Access in digital document management system. Abstract

Every organization needs documents for operational activities and in management decision making. Several obstacles in manual document management resulted in delays in business processes because documents were not properly recorded, difficult to find, or lost.
