The influence of digitalization and automation on the organization of the labor process in the company is analyzed; the advantages of using the joint work of robotic technology and humans are outlined. The changes in the system of labor relations between the manager and the subordinate are revealed; a new economic model of employment, i.e. gig economy, is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of using remote methods of work for the customer and the contractor are given. The influence of the COVID-19 virus, which served as a catalyst for the emergence of new forms of labor organization, is paid special attention to. Abstract
The article deals with the transformation of work organization options at enterprises in the context of digital environment and the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
