The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is a standard in improving the quality of company services that can improve company performance. This study aims to identify and evaluate the effect of TQM variables such as customer focus, obsession with quality, continuous improvement efforts, and teamwork on the performance of CV Sari Yoga Catering. This study uses associative methods and data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression. The main results of the study stated: 1) The variables focus on customers and continuous improvement have a positive and significant impact on company performance. 2) The variable of obsession with quality, teamwork does not have a significant effect on company performance. Abstract

Companies are faced with the challenge of meeting the increasing demands of customers. The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is a standard in improving the quality of company services that can improve company performance.
