This study aims to determine the effect of rental prices, facilities and locations on the intention to rent back on boarding house services in Jimbaran Village and the effect of rental prices, facilities, and locations simultaneously and the most dominant variable on the intention to rent back on boarding house services in Jimbaran Village. The respondents were 100 people who were still actively studying and renting boarding houses in Jimbaran Village in the last 3 years when this study was conducted. This study used non-probability sampling method, especially purposive sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of this study are, rental prices have a positive and significant effect on the intention to rent back on boarding house services, facilities have a positive and significant effect on the intention to rent back on boarding house services, location has a positive and significant effect on the intention to rent back on boarding house services, rental prices, facilities and location simultaneously affect the intention to rent back on boarding house services and rental prices are the most dominant variables in this study. This research becomes reference material for boarding house owners in Jimbaran Village to continue to maintain their marketing by reviewing rental prices, facilities and locations according to the expectations of consumers who want to look for boarding houses in Jimbaran Village with the hope of being able to influence consumers to rent again. Good employee performance is very important in helping the growth and development of a company. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including work motivation and work discipline. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance with work discipline as a mediating variable at UD. Uluwatu Motors. This research was conducted at UD. Uluwatu Motor and the total sample was 34 people using a saturated sample. The data collection method in this research was carried out by interviews and surveys using questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale and tested for feasibility using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The research results show that theoretically, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline is a partial mediating variable in the influence of work motivation on employee performance. The implications of this research can be material for consideration and input for UD management. Uluwatu needs to motivate its employees so that their work discipline increases and the resulting performance is optimal. Keywords: Work Discipline; Work Motivation; Employee Performance

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia before and after the merger. Data collection was carried out by financial report. The financial performance observed consists of liquidity measured by the current ratio, solvency measured by the capital adequacy ratio, profitability measured by the return on equity, and activity measured by the total asset turnover. The data were then processed using the Wilcoxon signed rank-test method. The research results indicate that there are differences in liquidity and solvency before and after the merger. There is no significant difference in profitability and activity before and after the merger. Performance improvement occurred in solvency and profitability, while liquidity and activity decreased after the merger. The results of the study is show that the synergy of the merger has not been fully achieved because the benefits of the merger cannot be seen yet in the short term. This study aims to analyze the role of brand image in mediating the influence of celebrity endorsers and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a sample of 150 people. Data analysis was performed using path analysis. The results showed that celebrity endorsers and electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on brand image. Celebrity endorsers, electronic word of mouth and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image partially mediates the influence of celebrity endorsers and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that in improving consumer purchasing decisions, Scarlett Whitening must pay attention to factors that can influence consumers to buy these products, such as celebrity endorsers, electronic word of mouth and brand image. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on work discipline and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi, and the number of samples used was 82. The method of determining the sample in this study is the saturated sampling method. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. The collected data was then analyzed using path analysis and the Sobel test with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on OCB. Research data collection methods using a questionnaire. This study uses a population of all employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sumba. Data was taken using a questionnaire from 55 respondents by census. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on OCB, and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on OCB. The research implication states that improving antecedents will encourage improvements in OCB. The massive influence of social media among the majority of internet users in Indonesia, who are millennials and generation Z, has made the growth of the current beverage business accelerate. Tea is a drink that can be consumed by all levels of society in Indonesia, both the lower, middle and upper classes. This study aims to examine and explain the role of brand awareness in mediating the effect of electronic word of mouth on consumer purchase intentions of Indonesian iced tea in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a total sample taken of 100 respondents with the method of determining the sample is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, Sobel test and VAF test. The results showed that electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and brand awareness was positively and significantly able to mediate the effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention. This research is expected to provide an empirical contribution to management science, especially consumer behavior and be useful for the Es Teh Indonesia Company in developing product marketing strategies related to brand awareness, electronic word of mouth, and company purchase intentions. This study aims to analyze the effect of working hours, length of business, business location and use of digital marketing on the income of micro-businesses in the fashion sector in Denpasar City. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents and using the method of determining the sample, namely the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously working hours, length of business, business location and use of digital marketing have a significant effect on the income of micro-businesses in the fashion sector in Denpasar City. Working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on income while length of business partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the income of fashion micro-enterprises in Denpasar City. Micro business actors in the fashion sector in Denpasar City who are located in clusters earn an average income of more than those located outside the cluster and businesses that use digital marketing earn an average income of more than those who do not use digital marketing. This research aims was to explain the role of trust in mediating the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at the LPD Desa Adat Kapal. This research was conducted at the LPD Desa Adat Kapal, using 150 respondents. This study uses Path Analysis that equipped with Sobel Test. The results indicates that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the LPD Desa Adat Kapal. Service quality had a positive and significant effect on trust. Trust had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the LPD Desa Adat Kapal. Trust mediates positively and significantly the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction LPD Desa Adat Kapal. The implication of this research is that the better the quality of service provided by LPD Desa Adat Kapal, the higher the trust that customers have in LPD Desa Adat Kapal. With increasing trust, it will become an important role in increasing customer satisfaction with LPD Desa Adat Kapal services. Keywords: Service Quality; Trust; Customer Satisfaction

Every organization needs to have the right strategy in order to survive in carrying out its operational activities. Employee loyalty has attracted a lot of attention because it is the expectation that motivated and loyal employees will act in the best interests of the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee loyalty at PT. Mabhakti Denpasar. The number of samples is 40 employees. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that work motivation, job satisfaction and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The results of this study imply that high work motivation can increase loyalty, the more satisfied employees are with their work, the higher employee loyalty, and a good work environment can increase employee loyalty.
