Abstract

In the recent times, there is an increasing awareness regarding the complex problems that have appeared in the education system which cannot be solved by mere intuitive judgment or educated guesswork. Those involved in the education process have to address these challenges and attempt to rectify both the process and the outcome of the policies adopted. The basic educational objective should be defined as “What the learner can do at the end of a course/session/training (that they could not do earlier)”.
