The volume increase in paw due to swelling were measured. Histopathological analysis was performed by counting inflammatory cells and expression of TNFα. The data analyzed were edema volume inhibition, the number of inflammatory cells and the expression of TNF-α. Results: There was a significant difference in the increase in inhibition of edema in the administration of CBOK compared to the negative control. A decrease in the number of inflammatory cells and TNF-α expression were observed. Abstract

Introduction: Cinnamomum burmannii (Nees & T. Nees) Blume which has the main content of Cinnamaldehyde has an anti-inflammatory effect.
