Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of providing legal assistance to organizations. Unlike helping citizens, this type of legal consulting has a number of institutional features and specific features. Moreover, the author proves that this assistance is covered by the regulatory impact of constitutional law on qualified legal assistance.
