We convert the radio model into a circuit switched network by introducing the concept of virtual channel so that classical teletraffic theory can be applied. Abstract
Wide-band Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) systems are considered to be among the best alternatives for Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS).
