Abstract
If the request to open a reorganisation procedure is not summarily dismissed due to formal deficiencies, the debtor automatically enjoys a temporary moratorium/stay starting from the publication date of his request and the court order to this effect in the Company Journal. The court order must be issued within 1 working day after the receipt of the request.
