Abstract

Abstract The axis of rotation of the tool is perpendicular for the machined surface in case of face milling technology. This technology is applicable for manufacturing of planar surfaces. It can be feasible by conventional or computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines. The aim of this study is the manufacturing analysis of different tool settings that can cause different arc of contacts.
