Abstract
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is one the most common applications implemented by firms around the world. These systems cannot remain static after their implementation, they need maintenance. This process is required by the rapidly-changing business environment and the usual software maintenance needs. However, these projects are highly complex and risky.
