Abstract

The anticipated bendable antenna is compact in size, high directivity and large bandwidth. Polystyrene foam is used as a substrate because such antenna are bendable, wearable, cheap, require less attention and having good features like low dielectric constant, low loss tangent and better efficiency. The presented antenna produces the bandwidth of 42.6% that covers the frequency range of 10.14 GHz– 15.64 GHz at resonance frequency 5.35 GHz and 11.26 GHz with high directivity of 6.348dBi.
