Microbial Isolates for Enhancement of Seed Germination 提高种子萌发的微生物分离物

Bacteria that colonize plant roots and promote plant growth are referred to as Plant Growth- Promoting Rhizhobacteria (PGPR). Rhizobium bacterial isolated from soil samples collected from prathyusa college garden soil. Isolated organisms names as PEC 1 and PEC 2, further used for seed germination efficiency with vigor index. The emergence of seedlings, from the seed at a height of 2 mm was treated as germination. This was carefully recorded for 120 hours. In the present study 2 types of plant growth promoter rhizobium (PGPR) strains were isolated and used as inoculums PEC1 and PEC2. The present study indicates that the germination efficiency of the bhendi seeds is influenced by the rhizobium isolated from the Prathyusha college garden soil. In total effective two isolated sample PEC 1 and PEC 2 showed higher influence in germination efficiency, germination co efficiency and vital index.

ANALYSING THE EFFECT OF CORE DEFORMATION ON PERFORMANCE OF 1kVA, 3-PHASE TRANSFORMER 分析了铁心变形对1kVA三相变压器性能的影响

Detection of minor faults in power transformer active part is essential because minor faults may develop and lead to major faults and finally irretrievable damages occur. Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA) is an effective low-voltage, off-line diagnostic tool used for finding out any possible winding displacement or mechanical deterioration inside the Transformer, due to large electromechanical forces occurring from the fault currents or due to Transformer transportation and relocation. In this method, the frequency response of a transformer is taken both at manufacturing industry and concern site. Then both the response is compared to predict the fault taken place in active part. But in old aged transformers, the primary reference response is unavailable. So Cross Correlation Co-Efficient (CCF) measurement technique can be a vital process for fault detection in these transformers. These two techniques are widely used to identify the winding displacement in the transformer.This paper explains in detail the mechanical core deformation in the 1kVA, 3-phase laboratory fabricated transformer which includes testing results of healthy transformer and core deformed transformer. The primary results obtained by measuring the various parameters of healthy transformer is later on compared with the core deformed transformer of same rating. Results obtained are then fabricated into comparative study and detailed performance of core deformed transformer of same rating is analyzed.

Antimosquito Metabolites from Selected Medicinal Plants and Evaluation of Their Biochemical Toxicity in Culex Sp 部分药用植物抗蚊代谢物及其对库蚊的生化毒性评价

Transmittance of Mosquitoes affects human health every year and resists chemical insecticides with help of vectors. The larvicidal potential of different medicinal plant leaf extracts of three plants (Vitex trifolia, Vernonia cinerea and Premna integrifolia) was tested against the fourth-instar larvae of Culex sp. Chosen plant extracts screened larvicidal effect and found maximum larval mortality was detected in Venonia cinerea (LC50 89.13 and 141.54 ppm) followed by Premna integrifolia of methonal extract (LC50 83.5 and 139.5 ppm) and Vitex trifolia (LC50 113.0 and 156.0 ppm). In this findings supported to isolate the active compounds to control mosquito without any negative impact.

Realization of Bendable Leaf Shape Textile Antenna 可弯曲叶形纺织天线的实现

The anticipated bendable antenna is compact in size, high directivity and large bandwidth. Polystyrene foam is used as a substrate because such antenna are bendable, wearable, cheap, require less attention and having good features like low dielectric constant, low loss tangent and better efficiency. The presented antenna produces the bandwidth of 42.6% that covers the frequency range of 10.14 GHz– 15.64 GHz at resonance frequency 5.35 GHz and 11.26 GHz with high directivity of 6.348dBi.

Braille Document Recognition in Southern Indian Languages– A Review 南印度语言盲文文件识别综述

Braille document recognition involves image acquisition stage, image preprocessing, binarization, enhancement, feature extraction and recognition of the Braille script from the given image. The paper concentrates on various methods for the conversion from Southern IndianBraille script to corresponding language. The proposed methods were based on histogram technique, Piece wise enhancement techniques, Image filtering, horizontal profiling, vertical profiling, image Thresholding, de-skewing the image, template matching etc. This paper discusses research efforts proposed earlier for recognition the Southern IndianBraille script from a Braille document.

Real-Time Child Abuse and Reporting System 实时儿童虐待和报告系统

In many countries like India, Child abuse is one of the major social evil leading to poor emotional health of the future citizens. Child abuse and neglect occur in different situations, for a different range of reasons at different places. Children often experience more than one form of abuse at a time. The abuse can take many forms such as physical, emotional, psychological, neglect, domestic violence etc. Recent research by McGill University (2015) showed that emotional abuse of a child may be as harmful as physical abuse and neglect. A child facing abuse in any of the above forms is at risk of being isolated; experience anxiety, depression, and mental trauma; face difficulties in learning and developing social relations. Although there have been many initiatives by NGOs and government and other welfare departments to stop this evil by registering a complaint against the abuser, conducting campaigns, by protesting against abuse and so on. These schemes are only carried out if the crime has already taken place. Thus the abuser can be punished according to the Child Protection and Safety Act but the negative impact it had left on the child remains. This can only be reduced by rehabilitation and this process takes time.

Comparative Study of Total Harmonic Distortionin VSI and Matrix Converter based WECS VSI和基于矩阵变换器的wcs中总谐波畸变的比较研究

This paper presents comparative study ofTotal Harmonic Distortion(THD) and its individual harmonic contents without grid and with grid for two level converter or voltage source Inverter and Matrix converter based Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) employing PI and Fuzzy logic controller(FLC).A simple method to control for a variable speed wind energy conversion system with a DFIG is connected to the grid through a diode rectifier and a voltage source inverter. The DC-link voltage is controlled through a DC-DC boost converter to keep the DC voltage at constant value. Inverter is controlled by sinusoidal pulse width modulation technique, which supplies power to the grid. The THD and its harmonic content are studied. Next the generator is connected directly to the grid through a Matrix Converter (MC). The Space Vector Modulation(SVM)technique is applied and studied. Simulation results have been performed using MATLAB/SIMULINK. The THD and its individual harmonic contents are studied and compared.

Gobi","doi":"10.1109/AEEICB.2018.8481002","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/AEEICB.2018.8481002","url":null,"abstract":"This paper presents comparative study ofTotal Harmonic Distortion(THD) and its individual harmonic contents without grid and with grid for two level converter or voltage source Inverter and Matrix converter based Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) employing PI and Fuzzy logic controller(FLC).A simple method to control for a variable speed wind energy conversion system with a DFIG is connected to the grid through a diode rectifier and a voltage source inverter. The DC-link voltage is controlled through a DC-DC boost converter to keep the DC voltage at constant value. Inverter is controlled by sinusoidal pulse width modulation technique, which supplies power to the grid. The THD and its harmonic content are studied. Next the generator is connected directly to the grid through a Matrix Converter (MC). The Space Vector Modulation(SVM)technique is applied and studied. Simulation results have been performed using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Validation Of Statcom Capabilities Through Modelling And Simulation On Simulink Platform 基于Simulink平台的Statcom性能建模与仿真验证

Opportunities for improving actual power system performance is increased; since the power electronics technology is rapidly developing. This paper is a study and validation of capabilities of FACTS device, namely, STATCOM, through modelling and Simulation using Matlab/Simulink Platform. The STATCOM, is a device connected in transmission line to compensate reactive power; made of a coupled transformer and a solid-state VSI. At the point of connection, capacitive reactance or inductive reactance is emulated since the sinusoidal current is injected of varying magnitude which is almost in quadrature with the line voltage. This paper shows the functioning of the STATCOM using simulink platform verified simulation. Simulation result shows the capability of STATCOM for reactive power compensation & fast response.

Genetic Algorithm Based Optimization Technique for Route Planning Of Wheeled Mobile Robot 基于遗传算法的轮式移动机器人路径规划优化技术

In recent years, the significant uplift in artificial intelligence and other related electrical and mechanical integration technology made the robots to play an important role in modern life. In the study of mobile robot, trajectory planning has always been an important issue. With the presence of obstacles in the work environment, the best principles of finding the right path with obstacle avoidance method as a basis for moving the mobile robot from the starting point to the end point. In most studies, these principles are often optimized for the shortest or safest path chosen with least time-consuming, thus resulting in planning the route. Smooth path is extremely important for the navigation of the mobile robot. It avoids the process of moving tire slippage caused serious error location of conjecture. Further, the structure of the robot operation is indispensable due to limitations caused by the smoothness of the path of the carrier class of models. Therefore, this proposed algorithm studied and combined the genetic optimization technique with B Spline to provide the mobile robot to plan the route globally in a static environment.
