Therefore, the aim of this study is to propose a method for creating a combination flow to understand the ERP system with both IT system and business perspectives in training contents and manuals at the ERP implementation phase. For the evaluation of this study, we applied the method to an actual ERP implementation project and conducted an interview survey to the person in charge of the project. Abstract
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is the most important information technology system supporting, effectively and efficiently, the operation of an organization.
