Recently, the government has been making efforts to realize publicity through the establishment of a social service center as problems such as the worsening treatment of workers, poor service quality, and violation of user human rights that have occurred due to excessive profit pursuit by for-profit suppliers. Additionally, it must consider that it is necessary to enhance the role of non-profit private service providers who have played an important role in providing social services from the beginning, and they should form a coalition as an alternative to realizing publicity. Abstract
