There were no statistical differences in the university administration domain as well as electronic services domain and teaching and learning domain attributed to college variable. There were significant statistical differences in technical support in favor of education faculty; and in university administration domain as well as electronic services domain and technical support domain attributed to differences in major in favor of physical education major. There are no significant statistical differences due to the difference in the cumulative average of students in all domains, and the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: Work to develop an appropriate mechanism that allows the provision of computers to students in need.
