In this paper, a mathematical model for point-to-point pickup and delivery tasks in a hospital with time windows and capacity constraints based on heterogeneous AGVs fleet is established, and a meta-heuristic algorithm based on ALNS is designed to solve the static scheduling problem of AGVs in the hospital environment. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by numerical experiments and comparison with the basic algorithm. Abstract
