Careful analysis of history, systematic & detailed clinical evaluation, appropriate investigations, and clinical expertise of the treating physician is crucial in establishing the diagnosis. Abstract
The clinical presentations of lung cancer often mimic that of pulmonary or pleural tuberculosis.
