Abstract

The purposes of this research was intended: 1) to develop the massive open online course (MOOC) on Muslim way of life in food consumption to promote cultural knowledge for undergraduate students, 2) to study the learning achievement after studying with the MOOC on Muslim way of life, and 3) to study the satisfaction of students after studying of the MOOC on Muslim way of life.
