Abstract

Time pressure generally affects the work and life of employees. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey of 166 employees of Guangzhou hotel and catering enterprises to explore the impact of time pressure on job satisfaction.The results show that the time pressure at work has an inverted U-Shape effect on job satisfaction, what is, there is a stress level for optimal working hours. 时间压力普遍影响着员工的工作和生活。本文对广州酒店餐饮企业166名员工进行问卷调查,探讨时间压力对工作满意度的影响。研究结果表明,工作时间压力对工作满意度呈倒u型影响,即存在最佳工作时间压力水平。此时,个体的工作满意度达到最高值。如果低于或高于这一压力水平,则个体的工作满意度与最佳工作满意度相差甚远。基于研究结论,本文建议企业管理者更新时间管理理念,合理设计工作,找到利用工作时间压力激励员工的平衡点,从而激发员工的工作动机,提高员工的工作绩效。
