Against the background of the global economic recession and the rise of trade protection, China has proposed and implemented the " the Belt and Road" strategy, and has set up a number of free trade test zones in China, including a number of free trade zones in inland provinces and tried to build free trade ports. This paper compares Wuhan port with Shanghai port, Hong Kong port and Singapore port, studies the gap between Wuhan port and world-class port by building a port competitiveness evaluation model, and looks for the possibility of breakthrough. It is found that the gap between Wuhan port and other ports is still huge, and the possibility of short-term replacement is unlikely, but the breakthrough can be made in infrastructure construction first.

This paper selects the provincial panel data from 2006 to 2015, uses DEA-Malmquist method to measure China's total factor productivity, and then makes an empirical analysis with investment of the whole society in new fixed assets in information transmission, computer services and software industry. This paper finds that new fixed assets in information transmission, computer services and software industry have a significant role in promoting China's total factor productivity, which belongs to the technology progress-driven type and has a "time-lag" effect.

Market value management refers to the goal of listed companies based on their own market value information, using a variety of business methods to achieve company value, shareholder value maximization and value creation, value management maximization and value realization. A good market value management can help companies achieve performance growth, reduce financing costs and merger and acquisition costs, enhance anti-acquisition capabilities and enhance brand image. Mergers and acquisitions, as one of the ways of market value management, can optimize the structure of the enterprise and improve the ecological chain of the enterprise; interact with the market value management and promote each other. With the continuous deepening of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, the promotion of cultural industry competitiveness has become the focus of regional development, and the evaluation of cultural industry competitiveness has become a research hotspot for experts and scholars. The traditional empirical evaluation focuses on the selection and innovation of the evaluation model, and often ignores the construction and improvement of the most important evaluation index system. The article takes the competitiveness of cultural industry as the object, and starts from the construction of the index system, innovatively introduces the "index loop method", and combines the factor analysis method to study the correlation, discriminative power and rationality of the cultural industry competitiveness evaluation index system. It has formed a set of perfect evaluation index system construction methods, which provides research reference and practical guidance for the development of experts, scholars and cultural industries in the same industry.

In recent years, the competition in the banking industry has intensified. How to choose an effective development strategy in an increasingly competitive environment is an urgent problem. Taking DYLS Bank as the object, according to the external macro environment of PEST model, the industry competition environment of Porter's five-force model and its own development status, the DELPHI-SWOT hybrid analysis model is used to sort out the internal and external factors affecting the development strategy of DYLS Bank. The study concluded that DYLS Bank should choose a differentiated strategy and segment it from product differentiation, service differentiation and image differentiation to lay the foundation for pointing out the development strategy of DYLS Bank.

This paper divides the ratio of intellectual property export cost and intellectual property import cost in the balance of payments as a technical division indicator to replace per capita GDP to re-divide the world economy,and then defines the concept of leading and catching up. The project represents the degree of scientific and technological development of a country. The export cost of intellectual property is higher than the import cost, indicating that the scientific and technological level of a country is at a leading level.The A value is greater than 1 is the leading country of technology , and the A value is less than 1 is the technology to catch up with the country. In order to occupy a place in the fierce competition environment of market economy, enterprises need to improve their management ability through optimizing their own management system, realize the reasonable allocation of various resources, make enterprises more stable and efficient in the development process, and bring higher economic benefits to them. Among them, enterprise financial accounting is an important work to forge a strong capital chain and consolidate the foundation of capital for enterprise development. Therefore, relevant work should adhere to the principle of keeping pace with the times, continuously absorb advanced decisions, improve work strength, and optimize the enterprise management system. This paper analyzes the influence of the new accounting standards on the financial accounting of enterprises in order to provide the basis for improving the management ability of enterprises.

Promoting the integration of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries is the inevitable trend of the development of agricultural industry at home and abroad, and the fundamental choice for the transformation and development of agricultural and rural areas under the new normal conditions. China's rural industrial integration has achieved some results, but overall, the level of industrial integration development is still not high, the depth of agricultural products processing is insufficient, product quality and grade need to be improved, product added value is low, product brand competitiveness is not strong. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward some measures to continuously promote the integration of rural industries.
