Contact diameter of the outer AMF contact was 85 mm, and the material of inner and outer contacts were all CuCr25 (25% Cr). Arc current transfer characteristics were obtained from the drawn arc experiments carried out in an L-C discharging circuit. Arcing current was up to 20 kA rms. Opening velocity of the inner movable contact was set as 1.60, 1.75 and 1.90 m/s. From the results, the peak value of current transferred to outer AMF contact and the charge transfer in outer AMF contact both increased with the increasing of opening velocity of inner movable contact. 本文的目的是实验确定一种新型AMF-TMF触点在不同打开速度下的真空电弧电流传递特性。该新型AMF-TMF触点由一对内活动的TMF触点和一对外固定的AMF触点组成。AMF外触点接触直径为85 mm,内外触点材料均为CuCr25 (25% Cr)。通过在L-C放电电路中进行的引弧实验,得到了电弧电流传递特性。电弧电流可达20 kA rms。内活动触点开启速度分别设置为1.60、1.75和1.90 m/s。结果表明,随着内动触点开启速度的增加,传递到外动触点的电流峰值和外动触点的电荷传递量均有所增加。当电弧电流水平为20 kA rms,开启速度为1.9 m/s,上触点作为阳极时,外触点的电荷转移量最大,达到整个触点系统电荷转移量的23.0%。
