Abstract

Based on the DCS configuration software, an implemented method was described in this paper. On the basis of the analysis of DCS configuration file, the configuration model and the initialization conditions of some power unit were established. Combined with embedded ARM technology, the intelligent front-end had realized the DCS control function through the run and scheduling module in the Linux system. The intelligent front-end could communicate with the supervisory computer by the communication module by which the supervisory computer ensured the maneuverability and control of the intelligent front-end. At last, the application of the intelligent front-end in the filed of intelligent devices such as actuators, intelligent instrument and sensor etc, was put forward, so as to realize the diversification of the DCS control function.
