Due to the crisis and the emergence of socio-economic voids in Ukrainian villages, there was an urgent need to streamline the state direction and implement the experience of advanced countries in carrying out reforms in rural areas. Abstract
The restoration and development of rural areas are one of the main directions of the Ukrainian political system, through the formation of the Ukrainian mentality and culture that originate and are based in the Ukrainian village.
