Abstract

: In this paper, a two-dimensional orthogonal cutting simulation model of Ti6Al4V was established. And the simulation results were verified by experiments. The effects of rake angle, clearance angle, tool nose radius, cutting speed, and feed rate were studied using the Taguchi method. The optimal processing parameters were obtained.
