Research and Development of a New Remote Control RIFA Trap 一种新型遥控rfa陷阱的研究与开发

In order to prevent the further proliferation and spread of RIFA in our country, reduce the serious harm caused by RIFA populations to agricultural and forestry production, human health, public safety and the ecological environment. A new type of trap based on mobile function, obstacle clearance function, energy supply function, signal transmission function and trapping function has been developed. The new remote controlled RIFA trap is improved and upgraded on the basis of the existing traditional traps. The research and development of this trap not only advances the process of emergency trapping of RIFA in my country, but also provides a new way for artificial intelligence to prevent and control RIFA in the future.
为了防止RIFA在我国的进一步扩散和蔓延,减少RIFA种群对农林生产、人体健康、公共安全和生态环境造成的严重危害。基于移动功能、障碍清除功能、能量供给功能、信号传输功能和诱捕功能,开发了一种新型诱捕器。新型遥控RIFA陷阱是在现有传统陷阱的基础上进行改进和升级的。该陷阱的研究与开发不仅推进了我国RIFA应急陷阱的进程,而且为未来人工智能防控RIFA提供了新的途径。

Study on Waveform and Frequency Spectrum Properties of Geological Radar for Middle Weathering Limestone Surrounding Rock 中风化灰岩围岩地质雷达波形及频谱特性研究

In order to more accurately and objectively to carry out the geological radar field detection for middle weathering limestone surrounding rock, based on Zhengfeng highway tunnel of Ganxian-Xingguo expressway in Jiangxi province, the geological radar with type of LTD-2000 was adopted to execute the field detection to get the original interpretation images. The original images were preprocessed by filtering, background removal and speed transformation to eliminate the interference signal. RADAN7.0 geological radar special analysis software was used to analyze the characteristics of the reflected signal, amplitude and frequency spectrum of the interpreted images. The results show that when the water content is greater than 36%, the strong reflection characteristics of the interpreted images are obvious, the average amplitude is greater than 0.65, the spectrum is dispersed and the main frequency is greater than 75MHz. When the water content is greater than 40%, the weak reflection characteristics of the interpreted images are obvious, and a large number of dense point-like reflection signals are visible. Besides, the maximum amplitude is less than 0.5 and the main frequency is less than 45MHz under this condition, so the low frequency characteristics are obvious. The study can provide certain reference for geological radar advanced detection in limestone surrounding rock.
为了更准确、客观地对中风化灰岩围岩进行地质雷达现场探测,以江西赣兴高速公路正丰公路隧道为例,采用LTD-2000型地质雷达进行现场探测,获得原始解释图像。对原始图像进行滤波、去背景和速度变换等预处理,消除干扰信号。利用RADAN7.0地质雷达专用分析软件对解译图像的反射信号、幅值和频谱特征进行分析。结果表明:含水率大于36%时,解译图像强反射特征明显,平均幅值大于0.65,频谱分散,主频大于75MHz;当含水率大于40%时,解译图像弱反射特征明显,可见大量密集的点状反射信号。在此条件下,最大幅值小于0.5,主频小于45MHz,低频特性明显。该研究可为灰岩围岩地质雷达超前探测提供一定的参考。

This article elaborates from the following aspects in order to improve the economic operation level of the power system and promote better economic development. Aiming at the current power grid evaluation system that tends to focus on a certain aspect and lacks related investment efficiency and benefit analysis, the theory of power grid investment efficiency and benefit is studied, and the ideas and principles for the construction of the evaluation index system are proposed, combined with the relevant evaluation system of the power grid company And development needs, construct an evaluation index system for grid investment efficiency and benefit, and provide reference for relevant departments to study investment efficiency and benefits.

Study on the Optimal Number and Position of Drones in Fire Prevention in Victoria 维多利亚州消防中无人机的最佳数量和位置研究

During the 2019-2020 fire season, every state in Australia had devastating fires, with the worst impact on eastern Victoria. In order to help Victoria’s Country Fire Authority (CFA) to monitor and rescue the fire in time, we set up an optimized model of the number of drones combinations, which saves the national cost while monitoring the fire occurrence. We first carry on the K-means cluster analysis to the fire dense points according to the fire occurrence situation in Victoria, Australia, which obtains the possible fire area. Then, we calculate the emergency factor to judge the fire grade, according to the area fire occurrence frequency and the fire intensity. By using the improved ant colony algorithm, we find the shortest path through each fire occurrence point. Therefore, the multi-objective optimization model is established with the minimum total cost and the highest safety factor as the optimization target. And we make the signal propagation distance SSA drones, Radio Repeater drones and fireman under different terrain as the constraint conditions. Through the model, we calculate that the Victoria’s Country Fire Authority (CFA) needs 23 SSA drones and 20 Radio Repeater drones, as well as the location of the relays and the combination of DRONESs in different positions. The occurrence of fire is related to climate and season. Through the data of Victorian fire in the past 20 years, we use ARIMA time series to predict the severity and frequency of fire in different areas over the next decade. Then, we determine the annual monitoring range of each area to estimate the probability of fire. In the case of extreme fire events, we update the scale and frequency of volcanic occurrence, using the model of question one, find the optimal number of drones combinations, calculate the increase in equipment costs, and finally get the need to increase the equipment cost price of $500000(AUD). Considering the different terrain conditions in Victoria, we introduce the altitude correction coefficient to obtain the influence of altitude on radio signal propagation, combing the change of altitude. Then, the influence of terrain on the signal propagation of hovering radio-repeater drones is obtained, and the signal propagation distance under different terrain problem one is changed. The position of the optimized relay is obtained. Finally, we get the number of radio-repeater drones increases to 25. Finally, we examine the sensitivity and stability of the model and prove that our model is accurate and stable for the problems.

Construction and implementation of Zhaoqing cultural tourism industry system based on intelligent media development under artificial intelligence technology 人工智能技术下基于智能媒体发展的肇庆文化旅游产业体系构建与实现

Cultural tourism is an important part of the tertiary industry, and cultural tourism is known as the most promising way of tourism. Zhaoqing is rich in cultural tourism resources, but its cultural tourism development is still in its primary stage. In this paper, for the purpose of integrating and sharing tourism resources in Zhaoqing, a system model of cultural tourism industry based on Web services is proposed by using artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent media technology, which can effectively realize information exchange, data sharing and online transaction of tourism products, and proposes to combine them to form a comprehensive service platform, so that tourism consumers can really enjoy one-stop service. The realization of this system is of great significance to the development of regional tourism.

Using entropy weight method and machine learning to improve the allocation of rescue resources in case of fire 利用熵权法和机器学习改进火灾救援资源的分配

In the traditional sense, when a fire breaks out, it takes a lot of time for a fire to go out to put out the fire after receiving the news. Due to the lack of timely response, it is difficult to control the fire from time to time. In this model, the possibility is minimized by the statewide networking system composed of SSA UAV and repeater. This model has the advantages of rapid response, low cost, high accuracy and sensitivity. We use entropy weight method and machine learning to find the most influential factor on aircraft price and proportion. Instead of using a single algorithm, a series of algorithms is applied, and there is a conjoint principle that each property of them is independent from the value of any other property. Naive Bayes consider that there is no relationship between the property and each of the property independently make contribution to the probability. Notwithstanding, there is a drawback of naive Bayes algorism that properties are not independent with each other invariably. That is to say, we can forecast a class by using probability which provides sets of properties because of Naive Bayes algorithm. Naive Bayes algorithm requires less training compared with the other classification methods. The only work that should be done before predicting is to find the parameters of individual probability distribution of the property, which can be done fast and explicitly. This implies that even for high-dimensional data points or large amounts data points, naive Bayes classifier can perform well. Grasp the main factors, ignore the secondary factors, simplify the model to find a suitable ratio.

The trend of land transfer in China is parallel to the risk of food security. The "factors-countermeasures" method used in the general research is not effective for the symbionism within land transfer. Based on the Logit model, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of non-grain planting on land transfer. Research shows that: (1) In the regression analysis, the inflows and outflows, non-staple planting will be negative effects of land circulation (2) Plants grown planting intensive features suppresses the will of the individual farmers out of land, and grain planting scale features will enhance farmers into the land (3) Age, quality of labor force and total income of family also have significant influence on land transfer

The Choice between Norm and Freedom: Women and Witchcraft in the Late Middle Ages 规范与自由之间的选择:中世纪晚期的妇女与巫术

Many women were targeted by the juridical system for practising witchcraft in the late Middle Ages, but their motivation and interest in practising witchcraft haven’t been widely analyzed. Thus, the analysis generally focuses on the social context of late medieval women that make them more interested in witchcraft by analyzing the social roles given and feminine consciousness in the practice of heresy. This work proposes two questions: How does witchcraft reflect women’s roles and social expectations in medieval society? Did the practice of heresy arouse feminine consciousness in the Middle Ages? This work chooses The Hammer of Witches by the 15th-century Dominican friars Jacob Sprenger and Heinrich Kramer as primary sources to analyze and found that hatred and loss of possession are the main motivations for women to involve with witchcraft. These motivations reflect women’s dissatisfaction and the restriction of being a housewife. There are different opinions toward the feminine consciousness in the practice of heresy. It is found that the practice of heresy helps women exert their great influence on their family and community by sharing their heresy, which is a part of the indication of feminine consciousness. But contrary opinions suggest that women’s act in heresy didn’t derive from their self-willingness, and instead their behaviours are generally from the devil’s intention.

High School Students' Obedience to Teachers' Authority——A Cross-cultural Study between China and America 高中生对教师权威的服从——中美跨文化研究

The noun we named “stereotype” exists in daily lives, and also being researched in many papers. By combining cultural difference and obedience, we present a prediction towards the levels of obedience for students when they are in face of teachers under distinct backgrounds. The representative cultures or countries are America and China. We dedicate to the referenced participants in order to prevent the influence of several unexpected factors. Furthermore, the procedure and measurement try to ensure the feasibility and reliability of the research. Overall, this work advances the obedience to react under pressure of stereotype.

How Does the Modification of Maternity Leave Policies in Universities Impact the Birth Rate of the County? 高校产假政策调整对县域人口出生率的影响?

A survey published by United Nations’ International Labor Organization in May 2014 showed that, among the 185 countries surveyed, America and Papua New Guinea were the only two countries that did not offer paid maternity leave. By July 2014, the states that offer paid maternity leave include California, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island. Whether paid or not, maternal leave policies are directly related to women’s decisions regarding when and how often to have children, as well as their employment choices. Given this importance, in 1993, the United States’s government passed the Family and Medical Leave Act to mandate maternity and parental leave. This study focuses on the correlation between maternity leave policies in universities and the birth rates of counties in which they are located. Data was collected from seventeen universities and counties before and after the maternity leave policy was implemented. Through running mathematical regression models, the results show that additional modification to maternity leave policies actually has a negative correlation with the birth rates. A more generous maternity leave policy does not necessarily change the birth rate’s status quo.With this result being discovered, the study can promote suggestions regarding the policies and further investigations based on the subject.
