Abstract

Cloud computing is essential in the field of modern computing systems, where cloud providers have to provide effective resource for the users to increase the quality of service. Cloud computing environment is where multiple users' login and the resources over cloud have to be allocated dynamically in accordance to the pricing schema. In this survey paper various resource allocation strategies with respect to Quality Of Service (QOS), efficiency, performance, have been discussed. More over the paper discusses about the limitations and advantages of resource allocation mechanism in cloud computing environment.
