Findings: The null hypothesis that there is no association between task significance and employee performance was rejected based on the data. This is because the study's findings revealed that task significance has a favorable impact on employee performance (2=0.12, P-value 0.024). Practical implications: According to this study, task significance enhances employee performance, which is important for nurses.
