Presentation of IBM will focus on the introduction of successful global internal learning portal Learning@IBM, which enables learners to access a world -class program offering job relevant courses delivered via traditional classroom, innovative web-based 'virtual classroom', interactive learning tools or virtual laboratories, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, portal is directly connected to Career Smart, internal career management system, assisting employees in planning their career path, identifying critical skills and their development needs.
