The researcher prepared a questionnaire to gather data from a group of 360 students from six private universities and 360 students from three public universities of Yemen. This was to obtain answers for four important questions. The data were collected, analyzed, sorted and tabulated and found a disparity in the usage of ICT tools by students of Public and Private Universities.
