The type of research used by the author is qualitative research. Research data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed using three stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the activities that the teacher deliberately implemented were memorizing short letters and daily prayers, demonstrating dhuha prayers, speaking polite words, respecting elders, learning to fast and giving alms in the holy month of Ramadan. The exemplary activities include accidentally greeting each other by greeting and shaking hands, and apologizing if you make a mistake. The results of the study were 11 students consisting of six girls and five boys, using the Uswah Hasanah learning method, namely the exemplary attitude given by the teacher to 11 students showing that the character built through school culture had developed well.
