Un futuro híbrido en la educación: revisión del avance tecnológico y digital antes de la pandemia por la COVID-19

Abstract

Sin duda el nuevo coronavirus (2019-nCoV, SARS-CoV-2 o COVID-19) ha traído una reconfiguración forzada al modelo de enseñanza educativo en la vida de millones de estudiantes y docentes en el mundo. En este artículo, nos enfocaremos a tratar de revisar el avance tecnológico y digital en el ámbito educativo hasta llegar a los Entornos Personales de Aprendizaje (PLE por sus singlas en inglés), para analizar los alcances y limitaciones entre el proceso de comunicación e interacción entre docente y alumno.  Así mismo se busca comprender sus antecedentes como es el caso del Sistema de Administración de Aprendizaje (LMS por sus singlas en inglés). Lo anterior, nos da una clara visión sobre las diversas opciones -demasiadas- que tienen los docentes de ahora en adelante (refiriéndonos a esta “nueva normalidad”), para desarrollar el proceso de aprendizaje en los docentes. In this article, we will focus on trying to review the technological and digital progress in the educational field until reaching the Personal Learning Environments (PLE), to analyze the scope and limitations between the communication process and interaction between teacher and student. Likewise, it seeks to understand its antecedents, such as the Learning Management System (LMS). The foregoing gives us a clear vision of the various options - too many - that teachers have from now on (referring to this "new normal"), to develop the learning process in teachers.
