The levels of SOD of them were significantly increased and nearly closed to that of controlled group; the levels of MDA in red cell of psoriatic patients from five groups after treatment were significantly higher than that of controlled group; the levels of MDA of them are decreased, however, they were still not recovered to normal levels. Abstract

银屑病治疗中illi对外周血SOD、MDA的影响
目的:探讨血管内低水平激光照射(ILLLI)对银屑病治疗中SOD、MDA的影响。方法:对5组47例银屑病患者进行血管内低水平激光照射治疗(功率:4 ~ 5mw,每天1h,疗程:10 d)。观察10例正常人治疗前后外周血超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛的变化。A组采用氦氖激光联合药物治疗,B组采用半导体激光联合药物治疗,C组采用氦氖激光单独治疗,D组采用半导体激光单独治疗,E组采用药物单独治疗。结果:治疗后5组银屑病患者红细胞SOD水平均显著低于对照组。SOD水平显著升高,与对照组接近;治疗后5组银屑病患者红细胞MDA水平均显著高于对照组;MDA水平虽有所下降,但仍未恢复到正常水平。结论:He-Ne激光和半导体激光均可激活银屑病患者体内SOD,增强其抗氧化能力。
