The results of the study indicate compensation has a direct effect on organizational commitment. The level of education has a direct effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.
