Abstract

Topology Control (TC) is one of the most important techniques in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). As WSN is customized base on application, the algorithm for TC can be designed to suit the target system. However, the main purpose of TC is to reduce the resource consumption and optimize the data transmission efficiency. In this paper, we focus on controlling the communication between nodes in the network to create desired topology. We aim to create a more flexible connection between nodes in both no-landslide situation, and emergency when landslide occurs in the monitoring area.
