Such studies are intended to improve the process of reserve estimation of the study area. Abstract

Submarine channel complexes as in the Nile Delta province has complex geologic settings with a great degree of heterogeneity in reservoir properties, so this study will focus on the study of general geological setting in Simian field in Nile Delta, in addition to the study of the petrophysical, and sedimentological characteristics of the upper Pliocene reservoir rocks of Wastani formation in Simian field.
