The research approach used is descriptive quantitative, with survey method. This research was conducted at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang during July 2022. The population in this study were students of IKIP Budi Utomo Malang while the research sample consisted of 7 study programs, namely physical education, health and recreation, mathematics education, biology education, language education and education. Indonesian literature, English language education, sociology history education, and economic education with 50 students. Abstract

Education is one of the means to answer various challenges related to the development of information, globalization, free markets, and even the problem of national and state harmony. In college, the lecturer is a figure who has an important role in the college life of a student. 教育是应对各种挑战的手段之一,这些挑战与信息、全球化、自由市场的发展有关,甚至与民族和国家和谐的问题有关。在大学里,讲师在学生的大学生活中扮演着重要的角色。学生最常用的评价讲师的参数从三个方面来看,即教学方式、讲课方式和评分方式。本研究采用描述性定量、问卷调查的研究方法。这项研究于2022年7月在Budi Utomo Malang IKIP进行。本研究的人群为Budi Utomo Malang IKIP的学生,研究样本包括7个学习项目,即体育教育、健康与娱乐教育、数学教育、生物教育、语言教育和教育。印尼文学、英语教育、社会学、历史教育、经济教育,学生50人。研究结果表明,讲师对学习质量具有相当主导的影响,因为讲师即使作为校园环境中的教育提供者,也要对课堂上的学习过程负责。
